Activity No. 1: Age (Years) Weight (KG)

This document contains the results of a study analyzing calcium intake levels among 40 low-income workers. It includes a frequency distribution table classifying the workers' calcium intake levels. The summary provides measures of central tendency, variability, and position for the calcium intake data. These include the mean, median, mode, range, variance, standard deviation, percentiles, quartiles, and deciles. The mean calcium intake was calculated as 24978 mg, the median as 430.962 mg, and the mode as 500.684 mg. The range was 600 mg and the standard deviation was 1.54114 mg. Specific percentiles, quartiles, and deciles were also reported.

Assessment No. 1
According to the Department of Food and Nutrition, the recommended daily allowance
(RDA) of calcium for adults is 800 mg. A nutritionist thinks that people with income below the
poverty line averages less than the RDA of 800 mg. Calcium intakes are determined for a
sample of 40 workers with income below the poverty line. The data obtained is presented in
frequency distribution.

Calcium Intake (mg) Frequency (f)

101 – 200 1
201 – 300 1
