AUDIT DAY CHECK POINTS-QA

1. Sanitizers availability
1. No cleaning items inside the plant
2. Wooden brooms and damaged cleaning items are removed
3. Proper lightings
4. Nails trimmed by staff
5. Broken and damaged production equipment are removed
6. Nothing is stored in the floor- Entire unit
7. Items are stored leaving 6 inch gap from walls
8. RM are stored maximum to 5 feet
9. Online CCP & OPRP documentations
10. No expired items in the unit
11. No pest infestation
12. Terrace is emptied
13. Cafeteria is clean and arranged properly
14. No jewelry and proper uniform is worn
15. Toilets & changing rooms are kept clean
16. CCP temperature maintained
17. Thermometers and weighing scales are in working condition
18. Blue gloves is worn above the cloth gloves
19. Stainless trolleys are neat and clean
20. Tables are neat and clean
21. Hand wash station is neat and clean
22. Required signage everywhere
23. Room temperature maintained
24. Unwanted items are removed from the premises
25. Allergen segregation
26. Receiving records are updated
27. Vehicles are clean
28. Floors are clean and dry
29. Ceiling cleanliness
30. No cob web identified
31. Caps and mask availability in security area
32. Crates are clean
