ARGUMENTATIVE ESSAY

For you, why veggies and seafoods are the best food alternative? What is your
favorite seafood and veggie dish? What makes the veggies and seafoods the best
diet for this pandemic? For me veggie and seafood diet or also known as
pescatarian diet is the best diet of all time, because there's so many benefits of
eating vegetables such as it helps the blood pressure maintain, and it gives a lot of
vitamins and minerals (like vitamin A) it will also be perfect if we add some
seafoods that is low on fat, high on protein, and a lot of nutrients (such as omega-
3 fatty acids).

Some people say that fish meat and red meat are the same from bad to good
effects of eating it, but it is not, because Red meats (beef, pork, and lamb) contain
more saturated fat than chicken, fish, and plant proteins like beans. Saturated and
trans fats increase blood cholesterol levels and aggravate heart disease.
Unsaturated fats in seafood, such as salmon, are potentially beneficial to your
wellbeing. And because fish is much more quickly digested than red meat. Fish
and seafood contain omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential in a human's diet
and fish is the only true source of the omega-3 acids, DHA, and EPA.

Pescatarian is are not healthy according to some people, but it is not, because a
pescatarian diet can be healthy and helpful as long as people avoid fish with high
mercury levels. However, some people agree that this diet is not as sustainable as
they think. Plant-based diets can help people maintain a healthier weight and
even lose weight in some cases. A pescatarian diet can be beneficial to one's
health. Furthermore, it allows you to escape some ethical and environmental
problems associated with meat-based diets. In addition, compared to a
conventional vegetarian diet, this way of eating offers more versatility and some
extra nutrients.
Vegetables and seafood do not help in this pandemic, but this is also not true,
because Studies have shown that fruits and vegetables provide nutrients—like
beta-carotene, vitamin C, and vitamin E—that can boost immune function.
Because many vegetables, fruits, and other plant-based foods are also rich in
antioxidants, they help reduce oxidative stress.

And according to my research Seafood, both fish and shellfish, provides essential
nutrients to the body that keep the immune health functioning properly. An
important step in staying healthy is eating a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables,
whole grains, legumes, seafood and fatty fish, lean meats, low-fat dairy products,
and nuts and seeds.

This pandemic requires a strong immune system to lower the infection rate of
COVID-19 and because of the low prices of vegetables and seafood, it has become
the best alternative and the most effective way to strengthen the immune system
of one's health.
However, a strong immune system cannot protect an individual against a COVID-
19; it takes good washing of hands and social distances to prevent the spread of
the virus. Stronger immune systems may have a greater chance of fighting
diseases and viruses.
