1. Introduction
1.1 Problem Definition
The purpose of our system i.e. cosmetic supplier management is to supply cosmetic products to the
wholeseller or to supplier. To Work with cosmetic suppliers is to reduce direct and indirect costs
and improve services.
The System Enables for Administration to keep track of customer order and for maintaining the
records of the customer.
The System contains menu of different products.
Our System can be use for all over India to supply or to sell the products to Fulfill the supplier
needs.
Cosmetic Supplier management system meets the satisfaction of admin, supplier and
retailer as the whole task gets done without putting human effort.
The System can Reduce the work of making the entire entries manually as we can make entry
through use of system.

1.2 Project Objective


The objectives of the cosmetic supplier system are to overcome the major limitation of existing
system enabling effective management of the customer details thereby improving the performance of
Shop Administration . The system will store all the basic data processing related the shop
management.
Our System is to fulfill the customer requirement in wholesale with good rate and good quality.
The System has the compare functionality by it which they can compare the products rate and
Quality and the contains included in the Products.

1.3 Product Scope


The System provide service to all over India.
This system is only for cosmetic product i.e. this system doesn't provides dealership to any other
product other than cosmetic.
The major need of the system is to provide platform to maintain sales records and provide
platform to sell Cosmetic products.
The System is available 24*7 for all users.
