DR KUMAR NEERAJ JHA

Professor,
Department of Civil Engineering, IIT Delhi

Dr Kumar Neeraj Jha started his career with Larsen and Toubro
Ltd and was instrumental in the successful completion of several
construction projects of national importance. He has published
more than 90 papers in international and national journals and
conference proceedings. Professor Jha teaches various courses
in construction technology and management. He has supervised
six PhD students, more than 100 M.Tech. Students and
conducted many training programs for industry. He has also
been involved with several consultancy projects.

DR RAVI SHANKAR
Professor,
Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi

Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management,

Department of Management Studies (DMS) Dr Shankar has a rich
industry and teaching experience of over 30 years. He has
published over 300 research papers and co-authored nine
books, including the four most popular textbooks in Supply
Chain Management, Operations Management, Management of
Technology, and Strategic Management of Technology
Innovation. His research citations exceed 30,000 with an H-index
of 71 (February 2021). On January 20 2019, Dr Shankar received
the “Dr R. P. Mohanty Gold Medal for Outstanding Teacher
Award” for 2018 by the Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering
(IIIE), Mumbai, India. He is a Fellow of the prestigious Indian
National Academy of Engineers (FNAE).

PROGRAMME CERTIFICATE

Participants who score at least 50% in the evaluation components and maintain a
minimum of 60% attendance in both lectures and tutorials will be awarded a
completion certificate. Participants who are unable to score 50% in the evaluation
components will be eligible for a participation certificate if their attendance is
above 60% in both lectures and tutorials.

This programme includes live online classes conducted on Zoom. To attend a live online

ABOUT IIT DELHI
The Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) is one of the 5 initial IITs established for training,
research and development in science, engineering and technology in India. Established as College
of Engineering in 1961, the Institute was later declared as an Institution of National Importance
under the “Institutes of Technology (Amendment) Act, 1963” and was renamed as “Indian Institute
of Technology Delhi”. It was then accorded the status of a Deemed University with powers to
decide its own academic policy, to conduct its own examinations, and to award its own degrees.

Since its inception, over 48000 have graduated from IIT Delhi in various disciplines including
Engineering, Physical Sciences, Management and Humanities & Social Sciences. Of these, nearly
5070 received PhD degrees. The rest obtained a Master’s Degree in Engineering, Sciences and
