KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale (hereinafter, the “Deed”) is made and entered into this
____________, 20___ at _______________, by and between:

referred to as the “SELLER”;

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the registered, lawful, true and absolute owner of a

described as follows:

WHEREAS, the SELLER desires to sell, cede, transfer and convey the same for
___________ PESOS (PhP_______________) and the BUYER agrees to purchase the same,
subject to the terms and conditions herein set forth:

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the amount of

acknowledged by the SELLER to his/ her full and complete satisfaction, the SELLER does
hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY under PACTO DE RETRO unto the said BUYER,

all liens and encumbrances;

That the SELLER, in executing this conveyance, hereby reserves the right to
REPURCHASE, and the BUYER, in accepting the same, hereby obligates himself/ herself
to RESELL, RETRANSFER and RECONVEY, the above-described parcel of land herein
conveyed within a period of ___________ (___) (years/ months/ days), from and after the
date of this Deed, for the price of ________________ PESOS (PhP_____________);
Provided, however, that if the SELLER shall fail to exercise his/ her right to repurchase bu
fully and completely paying the said price within the period stipulated, then this
conveyance shall become ABSOLUTE and IRREVOCBLE, without the necessity of
drawing up a new deed of absolute sale.
