Overview:

The proposed implementation of eTutor Learning Management System for your


educational delivery process comprises of below components.

 Integrated virtual classrooms


 Lesson planning and Academic Scheduler
 Learning resources
 Adaptive Learning
 Assessments and Analytics
 Administration

All the stakeholders – students, teachers, administrators, Principal and parents, would
be provided with personalized logins and dashboards. The system generates timely
alerts on upcoming events and displays real time performance reports.

Integrated virtual classrooms

 Google meet integration – The eTutor application would be integrated with


your Google accounts and set up for classwork.
 Video recording – Recorded sessions of the classes already conducted would
be accessible through the app for download.
 Video Streaming – App would be integrated with YouTube to stream uploaded
videos to users on demand. If you prefer to use a paid platform (such as Vimeo)
instead of YouTube, that can also be integrated.
 Attendance Reports – Attendance details would be automatically
downloaded from Google drive and customized reports would be available
for users as and when required.
 Notifications – Alerts can be sent to students, parents through app and email.
SMS alerts may also be configured at an additional charge.

Lesson planning and Academic scheduler

 Academic scheduler - The eTutor academic scheduler is at the centre of the


education delivery process. Once the schedule is set up, system automatically
takes care of informing everyone involved.
Daily schedules of students and teachers are displayed on their respective
dashboards. Alerts are displayed on the upcoming classes, exams, events etc.
This ensures that everyone is informed on the activities and reduces the
administrative overhead significantly.
The simple and flexible calendar interface makes sure that you are always on
top of the schedule. Changes in schedules and updates to the calendar are
very easy and requires little training.
 Topic wise planner – The planner helps in organizing lesson plans conveniently.
The user-friendly interface requires little training and teachers can easily add
and edit their respective lesson plans. An import facility will be provided to
directly import the already prepared lesson plans in Microsoft Excel format.
 Map teaching aids and learning resources – Relevant learning resources and
teaching aids can be mapped to respective lessons/periods to create an
integrated user-friendly context for teachers and students.
 Single-Window task management – Teachers can conveniently manage their
regular activities from the lesson plan window itself …

 Progress tracker – The progress of education delivery can be monitored
through customized reports.

Learning resources

 Organized Study Materials - Resources are organized subject wise in a


hierarchy of topic -> subtopic -> sub-subtopic fashion. System would be set-up
with the available built-in resources and your institution can upload your own
resources for the exclusive benefit of your students.
 Flexible formats - The system supports all kinds of content formats i.e.,
documents, images, audio, and video files etc.
 Video Streaming – Students can view the uploaded videos in the app at their
convenience.
 Control access – Teachers can control student access to learning resources
and adaptive learning modules so that they are available to the student just
when needed.

Adaptive Learning
This AI based self-learning module is designed to guide students using a combination
of assessment, feedback and learning modes.

 Personalized learning track based on Bloom's taxonomy – Assessments are


designed by experts to evaluate the students learning achievements in terms
of their ability to remember, understand and apply the concept.
 In-line solutions – Solutions are provided for immediate clarification on answers.
 Topic wise learning resources – Questions are tagged with topic wise learning
resources so that the student can refer the relevant study materials while
answering questions.
 Ask teacher – This module provides an interface to the student to connect with
teachers for on-line and off-line doubt clarification. Student can post their
doubts to the respective teachers. They can attach a photo/screenshot of their
notes while posting the doubt. The teacher can respond by…

Assessments and Analytics

 The eTutor application comes with a comprehensive assessment module and


supports…

 On-screen evaluation - The system provides a convenient and easy to use
interface to digitize the regular pen and paper examinations. Students can
upload their answer sheets into the system. Teachers can evaluate and
annotate on the uploaded answer scripts. System would tabulate the
evaluations and publishes the results.
 Sorted and curated question bank – The application would be set up with topic
wise objective type questions with key and solutions. The question bank would
be aligned with the CBSE syllabus pattern and can be customized to your
specific requirements, if any. All the questions are indexed with an associated
difficulty level. These difficulty levels would be periodically calibrated by our
proprietary machine learning algorithms.
 Dashboards – Detailed reports and analytics on student performance and
progress would be presented to Principal, Teacher, Student and Parent on their
respective dashboards.
 Progress Report – We are in the process of developing a custom report builder
for generating progress reports for your students. This would be ready in two
weeks and would be deployed while setting up the system for your usage.

Administration

 Deployment – Software would be deployed on AWS virtual private cloud and


would be available for your exclusive usage. Software hosting, maintenance
and upgrades would be taken care of by our team. As such there would not
be any hassle of maintenance on your part.
 Mobile Apps – Exclusive mobile apps would be created for your organization
on the Android and iOS platforms. These would be published on Google play
store and App Store respectively.
 Admin Login – A separate login would be provided for your administrator to
manage regular tasks such as managing users (teachers, students and
parents), sending notifications, downloading and uploading resources, Printing
reports etc.
 Notifications – Periodic alerts and notifications can be set up for automated
delivery. Specific notifications may also be sent by admins to select set of users.

Training & Support

 After your system is set up with all the specific features and configurations, we
would create user logins and migrate your data. Training commences once
the system is set up and ready to use.
 We will provide on-site training at your campus for a period of two days for your
staff and students. One or two online training sessions may also be scheduled
based on necessity.
 Our support team would be available on phone, chat, and email to attend
and assist your staff. Our team can connect with you over video conference
and screen share to resolve issues – if any.
 Support would also be available through our support web portal, wherein users
can access training videos, browse through documentation, FAQs. Users can
also raise support requests on the portal and chat with our support team.
