Administration
After your system is set up with all the specific features and configurations, we
would create user logins and migrate your data. Training commences once
the system is set up and ready to use.
We will provide on-site training at your campus for a period of two days for your
staff and students. One or two online training sessions may also be scheduled
based on necessity.
Our support team would be available on phone, chat, and email to attend
and assist your staff. Our team can connect with you over video conference
and screen share to resolve issues – if any.
Support would also be available through our support web portal, wherein users
can access training videos, browse through documentation, FAQs. Users can
also raise support requests on the portal and chat with our support team.
