Lots 1 through 5 exemplifies one woman’s passion, privilege and astute

sensibility for great fashion. As a couture patron from the 1930’s through

the 1960’s, this collector acquired seminal examples of key moments in

fashion history. The garments are all comparable in workmanship and

design to ensembles from the same collection that were offered in our

Vintage Couture and Accessories auction on December 4th and 5th in

2012.
