Appointment Setter

COMPENSATION
● RepStack - You can hire this role directly with RepStack who has VAs trained in these
types of positions. https://www.sevenfigureagency.com/va-service (Around $820 per bi-
weekly for a full time team member)
● Upwork - You can find a bunch of solid US Based people on UpWork for $20-$25 per hr.
Seems high but with this I think you get what you pay for.

Optional you could also offer some type of incentive pay:

● $10-$20 per booked apt that shows up


○ $10 X 20 Apts booked is a $200 bonus
○ If they hit that target it should be well with the extra bonus
● $25 - $100 per deal that closes which they set
○ 5 deals at $50 = $250

Appointment Setter -Position Overview — Watch Video

The appointment setter is responsible for proactively setting sales appointments for director of
business development. This is done by following up with inbound leads & reaching out to our
dream 100 list by calling, emailing, texting & social messaging.

● All calls should be initiated via our software (ConversionAmp) so there is an accurate log
of activity & calls are recorded
● Each call / message should have an outcome noted in our software (HighLevel)

● Calls / Connections -
○ 30 per day
○ 150 per week
○ 600 per month
● Appointments Booked
○ 5 Per week

Inbound Lead Follow Up
LEAD PRE-SCREENING PROCESS
When a lead comes into the system (either via opt-in or call in) we need to make sure that they
are in an open market & / or a good potential fit for our services. Below is a list of steps to
properly qualify an opportunity before booking a strategy session.

❏ Review their website to ensure they are actually a Plumbing, HVAC or Electrical
prospect. If not, don't pursue.
❏ Try to see if they look like a solid operation (on the surface) decent website, any team
photos, etc.
❏ Make sure the prospect is in an open market.
To check if they are in an open market first look at https://www.google.com/maps/d
If you’ve reviewed the list but are still unsure...shot
❏ If in a closed market just move the lead to lost & don’t book

If Qualified
Move them to qualified in the pipeline

If not qualified
Just delete the opportunity

Process Flow
● Pull up the necessary list in HighLevel (Dream 100, Nextar Members, Etc)
● Call and attempt to reach owner if not…
○ Leave a message on VM or with Receptionist
● Send a follow up email
● Send a follow up sms (if we have the cell number)
● Look the person up on Facebook
○ Send a Friend Request & Personal Message
● Look the person up on LinkedIn
○ Send a connection request & personal message
