Topic #1 : GREEN BUILDING MATERIALS
What is the topic all about?
It is the practice of increasing efficiency with which buildings use resources-energy, water and
materials-while reducing building impacts on human health and the environment.

Benefits
The benefits of green buildings are that they reduce or eliminate negative environmental impacts as they
use less non-renewable resources. By reducing the need for non-renewable resources, green buildings
contribute to keeping the environment clean. In line with that, the ecological benefits, for example,
lessen wastage of water, monitor regular assets, further develop air and water quality, and secure
biodiversity and biological systems. Regarding the economic perspective, its advantages are the working
expenses lessened; it assists with further developing user's usefulness and makes the market for green
materials and services. The improvement concerning the personal satisfaction, interaction of the limit of
neighborhood foundation, and progress towards the user's wellbeing and solace is a portion of the social
benefits obtained.
Topic #1 : GREEN BUILDING MATERIALS
Why is it interesting?
Green building materials include a considerable space of points and materials. The application and
utilization of these materials further confound the subject. We are conducting a seminar that will
explore the ecological effects of the development, construction, commercial and residential architecture
with an accentuation on prescribed not set in stone through sustainability aspects of green building
material. It will help informed consumers and citizens and offer some intellectual engagement with the
built environment. These days, we should approach expanding the regular assets and further help our
surroundings characterize the importance of green structure, understanding the practices of making
constructions and utilizing measures through these materials that are ecologically mindful and proficient
to all through a building's life-cycle.
