LETTER OF INTEND

First of all, HK VIETNAM TRADING AND HUMAN RESOURCE JSC would like to send you
a best warm greeting. We are in need of purchasing NON GMO YELLOW CORN, ANIMAL FEED in
the quantity as specified in the Terms and Conditions stated below:

1. Commodity: NON GMO YELLOW CORN, ANIMAL FEED.


2. Quantity: 1000 tons/ month x 12 months.
3. Payment terms: Irrevocable, transferrable, BLC / MT 720, per SGS report at port of loading.
4. Price in USD: According to market, CIF HAI PHONG PORT, VIETNAM by VESSEL.

5. Performance Bond: Seller issues 2% Performance Bond to Buyer.

6. Certification: any approved of Vietnam
7. Destination Port: HAI PHONG PORT – VIETNAM.
8. Approval: SGS or CCIC Certification.
9. Delivery: Within 15 working days after received Buyer’s LC
10. Specification:

11. Document Requirement:


- Full set (3/3) of clean “SHIPPED ON BOARD” Ocean Master Bills of Loading blank endorsed
marked “FREIGHT PREPAID”, The buyer to be consignee and notify party. 

- Packing list and weight list in triplicate to be issued by beneficiary indicating description,
detailed specifications, quantity, gross weight, net weight and volume of each carton is required.
- Commercial Invoice in 3 original and 3 copies. 

- Insuracne policy/certificate in blank for at least 110 percent CIF invoice value covering all 
risks.
- Certificate of Quality and Weight in 1 original 1 copy issued by SGS Inspection.
- Original LAB report free from DIOXIN in 1 original and 1 copy. 

- Certificate of origin issued in 1 original and 3 copies by chamber of commerce showing 
country
origin of the commodity including the SIF Code.
- Certificate of SIF Permission registered in VIETNAM.
