Final Show Cause Notice

at addresses listed above. Whereas the same FINAL SHOE CAUSE NOTICE under PEEDA Act
2006 or E&D Rules/Statutes of the University was also emailed to you on your email address
_______(email)_____________ sent on ___Day___ date____ time____ by Prof._____________
Registrar of the University. Whereas one of envelop containing above final show cause notice
aimed at your residential address at _____(Address)____ received back in the office
“undelivered”

Where as the said Final Show Cause Notice is hereby published directing you again to rresume
your duties immediately and explain why disciplinary action should not be initiated against you
under said statutes/rules of the university mader under Section (_____) of act 2004 of the
university.

If you do not join you duties within a period of 15 days form the date of publication of this Final
Show Cause Notice an ex-parte decision shall be taken against you under the above said PEEDA
Act 2006 or E&D Rules/Statutes of the university leading to dismissal of your service under Sub
Section (_____) of Section (_____) – Major penalities of said PEEDA Act 2006 or E&D
Rules/Statutes.
