III- Problem

The problems found in the case of Rosemarie Tamayo on her own salon are it

was lack of persons or employees to undertake some service operations, in the case

Miss Tamayo was personally handling every facet of the spa and massage activity, from

purchasing raw materials to actual delivery of service to the customers, there is no

delegation of responsibilities and duties because of lacking persons. In addition, the

owner wants to expand her salon but she has only limited of hairdressers and

massagers that will gives her a burden to expand her salon. The owner was loss and

has difficulty in recruiting or hiring more persons on her salon knowing that it needs to

hire expert’s persons to offer a variety of services you have chosen to sell in your salon.
