eCAF Retailers Commitment Form

I ……………………………………………………… is agreed to make sim sales with the frame


of the under stated points only. I am responsible and accountable for any sim
sales which is sold by my ecaf user account.

□ I do not sale more than 1 sim card for customers.


□ I do make sales with ethio telecom set fixed sim card sales price.
□ I do make sim sales by filling all necessary information.
□ I do not add additional sim on Customers’ purchased sim.
□ I do not give/postponed my ecaf user account for others.
□ I do not sale others distributor sim cards with my ecaf user account.
□ I do only use Ones’ distributor ecaf user account.
□ I do my sim card sales without any fraud action.
□ I do not give or sale inactive sim cards taken from my distributor to others
ecaf retailers.
□ I do my sim card sale as per ethio telecom direction.
□ I do correction for Rejected profiles within a week period.
□ I do only make sales with our EER territory.
□ I do not involve in any illegal actions.
