1) Prapration of DBR for PHE & FF service
2) Preparation of Schematic/ PFD for PHE & FF service
Preparation of Equipment layout for PHE system, Pump Room layout
3)
for Fire fighting system
Knowladge of Pump Selection, Pump sizing, Pump data sheet for
4)
PHE & FF service
Fire fighting system design as per NBC, NFPA, FM Global, Local
5)
guidline
6) PHE system Design as per NBC, Local guidline
7) Preparation of BOQ for PHE & FF service
Preparation of Tender document/ Technical Specs for PHE & FF
8)
service
9) Preparation of TBA for PHE & FF service
Basic Knowladge of Vendor Quataion, Enquiry document, PO copy
10)
etc.

Desired Candidate:
Experienced Design Engineer around 04-06 Years in Consultancy
1 firm
Capable of independently designing complete PHE & Fire Fighting
2 Systems
Knowledge of all Codes & Standards, Green Building Norms
3
4 Knowledge BIM/ Revit shall be an advantage
5 Ready to Site visit as an when required

Qualification:
BE/Diploma-Mechanical Engineering
Post Graduate Diploma in PHE & FF system design is added
advantange
