a continuous trail from the Bear Creek access to Kettlehole Road. Assess the feasibility of constructing bridges to the island near White Fence on the Manistee River. If the
island in section 22 near White Fence is connected with bridges, improve the island with picnic and camping amenities.
•Coordinate with the USFS on trail development, improvements and maintenance.
•Incorporate existing snowmobile trails into the township with spur trails.

Goal 1: Develop multi-use trails that are connected to a County wide trail system.
•Use the railroad grade as a trail for connections to Wexford County and Benzie County.

signage, a roadside park, restrooms and potable water.

•Connect to the Betsie Valley Trail in Benzie County.
•Continue to coordinate with the DNR on allowing ORV usage along the rail bed. Place signage to demarcate private and public lands.
