c) Discuss four major impacts of internet to a society [4 Marks]

d) Explain two categories of application software [4 Marks]

e) List the steps involved in printing a document [2 Marks

various security threats that target various security goals. Describe THREE security goals
that may be targeted [6 Marks]

c) Describe 5 qualities of good information. [5 Marks]

a) With relevant example describe the business value gained from use of telecommunications in
relation to the following

a) Demonstrate how you can use various Low Cost Communication and Data Collection Tools
in undertaking your research. Outline the advantage and disadvantage of each tool.

c) Outline the key futures of google slides. What advantages does the google slide have over Ms
