Fortunately, Mona has a wonderful service dog named Sam. A service

problem. Sam lets Mona lean on him when she walks. He also pulls her
wheelchair and turns lights on and off. When Mona drops something, Sam picks
it up. He even pulls her socks off at night. Sam also helps Mona with everyday
tasks at school. He carries her books from class to class in a special backpack. He
puts Mona’s completed assignments in her teachers’ homework trays. In the
lunchroom he throws away her trash. Besides making Mona less dependent on
other people, Sam helps her lead a fuller life. Mona’s classmates flock around

“ Bed in Summer”
By: Robert Louis Stevenson
He was born in Edinburgh in1850. He studied engineering then law. In 1879, he
travelled to America where he got married. He was poor in health all his life until he
died in1894. He wrote "A CHILD'S GARDEN OF VERSE" and "UNDERWOODS" .
The main idea of the poem
The main idea of the poem is that the weather in England causes some problems to
children who have to follow certain system in their life. The sun rises late in winter and
sets late in summer. The poet wants to tell us that he can't enjoy the beauty of nature
because of weather conditions in England and being a child he has to follow certain
rules.
In fact the poet expresses his feeling of sorrow because he finds it unfair to get up too
early and sleep too early as well. Children complain of obeying orders of grown- ups and
