Eco Park

This document amends a previous resolution regarding ecological solid waste management parks (Eco-SWM Parks). It changes the term from "Ecology Park" or "Eco-Park" to "Ecological Solid Waste Management Park" or "Eco-SWM Park" for clarification. It also clarifies that an Eco-SWM Park is not an option for waste disposal and cannot replace or extend the operation of dumps. The resolution provides guidelines for the site selection and operation of Eco-SWM Parks and allows previously closed dumpsites to be converted to Eco-SWM Parks if properly rehabilitated.
