Individual Learning Monitoring Plan

Elaine M. Tomaro, a 5th grade student, needed help using divisibility rules to find common factors. Her teacher provided examples and exercises for her to practice finding factors of 2, 5, and 10, which she had mastered by October 12th. She still needed more supervised time to learn the rules for 3, 6, and 9. The monitoring plan found Elaine was making significant progress and should continue with the learning interventions.
