 PCC 1:4:8 size using 40mm normal size broken stone for foundation Thickness- Area x
0.10m thick.
 Dry rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:8 for foundation {Size:lengthx0.60x0.60m}.
 Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:8 for foundation
{Size:lengthx0.60x0.45m}.
 Reinforced cement concrete (Grade M15 1:2:4) using 20mm normal size broken
stone for Plinth belt {Plinth belt size length x 0.23x0.15m).
 Reinforced cement concrete (Grade M15 1:2:4) using 20mm normal size broken
stone for column or show pillars {Pillars size 0.23x0.23m).
 Additional column in inside front door potion & in dining area portion (Grade M15
1:2:4) using 20mm normal size broken stone for column or show pillars {Pillars
size 0.23x0.23m).
 Necessary compaction and Anti termite application will be provided for pest
control applied before PCC.
 PCC 1:4:8 using 40mm normal size broken stone for Inside Ground floor.
Super Structure Detail:-

 Brick work (Istika) in cement motor 1:6 for superstructure.


 All the wood labor workers related to the Superstructure like Doors frames,
window frames, supply and fix Flat bars and Round Bars for window etc. complete.
Entrance door (100X210cm) Teak wood frame finished size 5”x3” ,front sit out
French window teak wood with size 4”x2 1/4, ,other doors frames Plavu/anjili size
4”x2 ¼ and all other windows& ventilators Plavu/anjili with size 4”x2 1/4, with M.S.
flat-round combination and glazed shutters of 4mm pin headed glass. All hinges
are steel. Carpentry fittings and hinges steel type. (Inside doors hinges 4”inches &
outside front door 5”inch hinges)
 Electrical tube will be done accordingly before concrete time.
 Reinforcement concrete using 20mm normal size broken stone for sunshade and
lintel (Grade M15 1:2:4 M sand, cement), ISI Grade TMT bars steel are used) etc.

slab(Grade M15 1:2:4 M sand, cement ISI Grade TMT bars steel are used).etc.

concrete (Grade M15 1:2:4 M sand, cement ISI Grade TMT bars steel are used).
 Electrical Conduits with junction box (Normally PVC) and metal box for switches
and plugs (Since all the switches and Plugs are modular, we have to use metal
boxes) (Poly cab, Anchor, Havells,Kolors ) will be laid accordingly before starting
the plastering work.
 All the plumbing line is providing for concealed. All water supply and sanitary
pipes will be of ISI grade PVC pipes (Kelachandra/Hycound/Sakthiman/Prince).
 Inside Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 9mm thick 1 coat (P sand shall be used).
 Brick work is used for steps constructed in staircase.
 Stair case area plastering with cement mortar 1:3 9mm thick 1 coat (P sand shall
be used).
 Ceiling plastering with cement mortar 1:3 9mm thick one coat (P sand shall be
used).
 Outside Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 9mm thick 1 coat (P sand shall be
used).
 Sunshade plastering with cement mortar 1:3 9mm thick 1 coat (P sand shall be
used).
 Painting: -Interior over a coat of white cement primer, two coats of putty sit out
area and Dining, Living area. Painting with two coats of Premium emulsion paint
(Asian, Dulux). Exterior over two coat exterior emulsion over a coat of white
cement primer. Front Doors applying for finish polish and other windows and Doors
enamel paint.

 Flooring: Flooring is done in the Vitrified tiles in economical range is used (cost up to
per sqft50/- to 55/-) (Kajaria, RAK, NITCO and Nasco). Tiles are used made all -
Border Molded skirting tile. Bathroom walls and floors (Non-slippery tiles cost up to
Rs 40/- per Sqft etc). Kitchen slab area wall tile Rs-40 to 45 Per sqft ,Kitchen & work
area slab granite is used (Granite cost 140 to 150 range).Cladding tile cost up to 60 to
65/Sqft.
 Carpentry work:-Front Main Door(100X210cm) (size of kattala -5”x3”) teak wood,
other doors frames Plavu/anjili size 4”x2 ¼ , front sit out French window teak wood
with size 4”x2 1/4, and all other windows& ventilators Plavu/anjili with size 4”x2 1/4,
with M.S. flat-round combination and glazed shutters of 4mm pin headed glass. All
hinges are steel. Carpentry fittings and hinges steel type. (Inside doors hinges
4”inches & outside front door 5”inch hinges)
 Toilet doors are Sintex only. Sintex door price 3000/-
 Staircase handrail is stainless steel work with 8mm plain glass is used.
 Plumbing work: - All materials are Hindware , CERA, RAK, Parry ware or
equivalent (W/C, Wash basin, Sink, Tap) etc. Hand washbasins and WC’s
Indian/European will be standard quality and ordinary type white color ‘Hindware
or parry ware’ make
 Electrical work: Electrification with necessary fitting includes connection L.S.
(Legrand/Havells). Electric cables and wires with V-GUARD OR RR Cabel.
Electrification will be concealed type with ISI grade insulated copper wire and
electric switches will be standard type modular type Legrand or HAVELLS Fabio
base model or equivalent make. One Nos. fan point, two nos. light point, one nos.
plug points and one no. A/C point will be provided in each rooms and heater point
in each bath room. This price quote excluding heater, fan, exhaust fan, light fittings
(also exterior lights), connection of all exterior Lights are connected to Master
switches.

 Painting: - Painting with two coats of Premium emulsion paint (Asian). Exterior
over two coat exterior emulsion over a coat of white cement primer. Doors and
windows enamel paint.

As the work is given on full contract rate, so the house should be completed in all respect
for living before handing over keys. However, if there is any work to be done at the cost of
Owner, like boundary wall etc. please list the same as under:
Description
1. Boundary wall
2. Interior work such as, Kitchen cabinets, Wardrobe etc. Not included.
3. Earth filling should be done by client.
NOTE:-
1. During the time of earthwork excavation, any type of concerns or obstruction
formations like large tree roots, hard rock formations, weak soils etc. or any other
complicated situations, these works should be cleared by client responsibility.
2. During the time of construction works any other local labor union problems or any
other local labor strike problems, client should be take the responsibilities and give
us clear way to manage the progressing works.
The listed work as above is either to be done directly by the owner or it will be
completed by the Company before handing over the keys at the expenses of
Owner.
