How we pay claims
What happens if I don’t want to give the information you’ve asked for?
We normally settle any bills directly with the specialist or the hospital where you’ve had your
treatment. If your treatment is not covered for any reason, we will let you know. If you do not give us information we ask for, or do not consent to our accessing your medical records
