1. UMUM
Sehubungan dengan kegiatan bongkar muat tongkang batubara 5000 DWT, maka
direncanakan pembangunan struktur Jetty, Trestle, Mooring Dolphin, Breasting Dolphin,
Causeway & Conveyor Sistem.

3. SPESIFIKASI MATERIAL

Secara garis besar ada tiga material pokok yang digunakan pada proyek ini, yaitu:
 Tiang Pancang Beton
 Beton
 Baja tulangan
 Baja profil
 Baja pipa

3.1 Beton
Mutu beton yang digunakan pada berbagai elemen struktur, slipway dan yang lain-
lainnya adalah beton kelas K-350 dengan karakteristik sebagai berikut:
fc’= 29.05 Mpa

3.2 Baja Tulangan


Baja tulangan yang digunakan pada perencanaan dengan spesifikasi sebagai berikut:

Tegangan leleh:diameter < 13 mm : BJTP-24, fy = 240 MPa


diameter  13 mm : BJTD-39, fy = 390 MPa
Modulus Young (E) : 200,000 MPa

4. DATA PENYELIDIKAN TANAH

4.1 Data SPT

Penyelidikan tanah pada area laut sebagai dasar perhitungan struktur PLTU Tanjung Balai
Karimun dilakukan pada dua titik, yaitu Bore hole 1 dan Bore hole 2 dapat dilihat pada
gambar dibawah, namun pada area Trestle digunakan data BH-02. Deskripsi BH-2 dapat
dilihat pada gambar di bawah ini:

5.3 Pemodelan 3D Struktur


Perhitungan struktur menggunakan bantuan program StaadPro 8vi dengan mensimulasikan
sistem struktur Trestle, sedemikian hingga mendekati kondisi yang sebenarnya, maka
struktur dimodelkan secara 3 dimensi dengan menggunakan program serta permodelan
persinggungan antara tiang dengan tanah arah horizontal x,y dan diberi restrain jepit (fixed)
hingga kedalaman tertentu sesuai dengan hasil penyelidikan tanah. Maksud dari permodelan

struktur ini adalah untuk mengkaji stabilitas struktur Trestle secara terintegrasi pada saat
beban-beban rencana bekerja.

Pemodelan 3D struktur dan sistem grid struktur yang dilakukan dengan software analisis
struktur StaadPro 8vi sebagai berikut.

6. PEMBEBANAN

Pembebanan yang diperhitungkan dalam struktur Trestle adalah sebagai berikut.

6.1 Beban Rencana

6.1.1 Berat Sendiri (MS)

Berat sendiri material yang diperhitungkan sebagai beban mati (dead load) dalam struktur
Trestleadalah sebagai berikut:

 Berat beton bertulang : 2400 kg/m3

 Berat baja : 7850 kg/m3

Berat-berat ini diperhitungkan sebagai beban mati (dead load).


Berat elemen struktural/non struktural yang termasuk beban sendiri yang diperhitungkan
sebagai superimposed dead load dalam struktur trestlediantaranya berat pile cap, berat
struktur plat dan balok itu sendiri

1. Berat Pile Cap


Berat pile cap disini sudah dimodelkan sendiri dalam analisa staad pro

6.1.2 Beban Mati Tambahan (MA)
Beban mati tambahan (superimposed dead load), adalah berat seluruh bahan yang
menimbulkan suatu beban pada Trestle yang merupakan elemen non-struktural, dan
mungkin besarnya berubah selama umur jembatan. Struktur Trestle direncanakan mampu
memikul beban tambahan sebagai berikut.
Beban mati tambahan Struktur Trestle:

Pile Head Treatment and Jacketing = 1000 kg/pile


Beban Genangan Air Hujan
Berat jenis air ww = 9.80 kN/m3
Tebal genangan air hujan Thujan = 0.05 m
Beban genangan air hujan Qhujan = ww x Thujan = 0.49 kN/m2

6.1.3 Beban Peralatan (TP)


Sehubungan dengan rencana proyek digunakan untuk kegiataan unloading batubara bagi
operasional PLTU maka perlu diperhitungan beban peralatan yang digunakan untuk
kegiatan unloading sebagai berikut.

1. Beban Belt Conveyor

PLTU Tanjung Balai Karimun akan dipasang 1 line conveyor, namun beban line conveyor
harus dihitung untuk 2 unit dikarenakan akan ada penambahan line conveyor baru pada
waktu yang akan datang. Beban conveyor yang diperhitungan sgaya vertical 620 kg dan gaya
horizontal 210 kg masing-masing kaki.

2. Beban Pipa

Direncanakan pipa yang digunakan adalah pipa dengan dimensi 12”, 4” dan 4” Sch 40 yang
diperuntukan untuk Raw water, Hydrant, dan fuel oil. Beban support pipe diperhitungkan
sebesar 2 kN

6.1.4 Beban Hidup (LL)


1. Beban Hidup Merata (Uniformly Distributed Load)
Beban ini diperhitungkan berdasarkan berat beban hidup terhadap luasan distribusi
pengaruh beban tersebut. Berdasarkan perkiraan perencanaan, bahwa struktur tersebut
hanya digunakan untuk penyimpangan sementara barang-barang yang baru turun atau yang
akan dinaikan ke kapal, maka ditetapkan beban merata yang bekerja pada struktur ini
disesuaikan berdasarkan kebutuhan pembebanan.
Beban 400 kg/m2 (PBI 1727-2013 hal 37) sudah masuk beban equipment sementara. Beban
hidup merata sudah di distribusikan pada program Staad Pro.

Beban Excavator/Truck direncanakan untuk Excavator/Truck 21,5 T, karena Excavator dan
Truck tidak berjalan beriringan. Distribusi beban mengacu kepada Peraturan Perencanaan
Teknik Jembatan, Departemen Pekerjaan Umum Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga yang
dituliskan kembali sebagai berikut.

Beban angin pada perhitungan struktur diambil BS 5400: Part 2 Clause 5.3 Wind Load: 1978.

6.1.7 Beban Arus (Cr)

Koefisien seret, CD = 0.7


Kecepatan arus rata-rata Vs = 2 m/det

Gaya akibat arus air pada bidang kontak tiang dihitung dengan rumus:

TEF = 0.5 x CD x (Vs)2 x Ad

Ad = Luas bidang kontak tiang tegak lurus arah aliran (m2) dengan
tinggi sama dengan kedalaman aliran

Gaya arus didistribusikan merata pada bidang tegak lurus setiap elemen struktur yang
pada arah memanjang.
Luas bidang kontak untuk setiap elemen struktur diambil yang terbesar.
Lebar bidang kontak vertikal, H= 0.6 m
Ditinjau panjang bidang kontak vertikal L= 1 m

6.1.8 Beban Gempa (EQ)

Di daerah Indonesia, ketahanan bangunan terhadap gempa harus diperhitungkan, mengingat


Indonesia yang berbatasan langsung dengan lempeng benua dan mempunyai intensitas
gempa yang cukup tinggi. Beban gempa dihitung statis dengan menggunakan grafik respon
spektra yang ditentukan dari standar SNI 1726 – 2012. Penentuan grafik respon spektra
menggunakan referensi zonasi dengan probabilitas terlampaui 10% dalam 100 tahun (gempa
1000 tahun).

Respon spektra adalah nilai yang menggambarkan respon maksimum dari sistem single
degree of freedom (SDOF) pada berbagai frekuensi/perioda alami teredam akibat suatu
goyangan tanah. Untuk menentukan grafik spektra, terlebih dahulu harus mengetahui
jenis/klasifikasi tanah hingga 30 m di bawah permukaan tanah. Klasifikasi ini ditentukan
menurut tabel berikut.

panjang diperoleh sesuai rumus berikut:

SMS = Fa x Ss
SM1 = Fv x S1
dimana:
SMS = Parameter respon spektra di permukaan tanah untuk periode pendek.
SM1 = Parameter respon spektra di permukaan tanah untuk periode 1.0 detik.
SS = Nilai spektra percepatan untuk periode pendek 0.2 detik di batuan dasar
(SB) mengacu pada Peta Gempa Indonesia 2010.
S1 = Nilai spektra percepatan untuk periode 1.0 detik di batuan dasar
(SB) mengacu pada Peta Gempa Indonesia 2010.
Fa = Koefisien periode pendek
Fv = Koefisien periode 1.0 detik
