The Human Resource Department sees that majority of the employees in ABC Hotel lack creativity.

With
this in mind, you are tasked to come up with a program or activities that will help them to
improve/develop their creativity.

If only I will be given the opportunity to come up a program that will improve employees creativity. I will
organize events such as Cultivating activities and team-building activities from where employees are all
encouraged to join and participate to the different activities of the said event. This event also includes
the following activities; mind games from where each member of the team should think critically to
solve the mind puzzle games in order to pass to another level. Next is let them be the best version of
themselves from where the employees are all encourage to design their workplace to something that
reflects their personality and let them be curious about something that is very challenging for them to
think outside of their comfort zone in order to grow and be better version of themselves.
