The Crytilian Republic (or Crytil for short) was a nation created by Paradoxical for the current
roleplay.

History
The Polaric Nation of Crytil was created when a group of lone travelers went o to found their
own nation. Among them was a group of Polaric monks, who established a leadership position
in the settlements. They spread the word of Polara to the rest of the travelers and were able to
convince them to convert to Polarism. The nation was founded on the principles of Polarism and
began to grow slowly, building in size, and taking land from the 'heretical' Kortugans.

Finally, after centuries of isolation, ten thousand years after its founding, Crytil made its rst
contact with other civilizations besides the warmongering Kortugans. When people gured out
what was really going on in the country, such as the monks working the lower class to death in
labor camps and factories, peaceful protests started in New Abyzak that quickly fueled the res
of a violent revolution. Large parts of the military defected to the revolutionary forces and
helped them storm the capital. The Polaric government was overthrown and the Grand Prophet
executed. Crytil is now a Parliamentary Republic that is currently modernizing.

Government and Territory

The Crytilian Republic is a Parliamentary Republic with a Prime Minister who is elected by
members of Parliament. The three main political parties in Parliament are, the Crytilian
Republican Party, the Worker's Party of Crytil, and the Reformed Polaric Party. The position with
the most power is the Prime Minister, who is voted into o ce by members of Parliament.

his decisions and vice versa. Both the Prime Minister and Parliament are capable of proposing
bills and laws. Parliament then votes on it and if it passes, it will go into e ect unless vetoed by
the Prime Minister.
Members of parliament are selected every year by vote throughout the country and can serve
up to four terms in parliament. The Prime Minister is only allowed to serve two, two year terms
as Prime Minister.

Crytil is a peninsular nation that is border by Kortugan territory and the Wakirian Ocean. Gobia lie
to the south, Isola to the southeast, Platon to the southwest, and Cyrodale to the west.

The capital city is New Abyzak, a rather isolated city on the east coast that was only connected
with the rest of the nation after the revolution. Nebria City is a city infamous for the haunting
images of dying and dead kerbals from the former labor camps and factories set up by the old
regime. While the city has mostly recovered and the factories now have voluntary employees, an
aura of gloominess still lurks over the city. Polaria Ultium is the former capital and was where
the Grand Prophet resided. The city currently lies in ruins, with reconstruction e orts currently
going on to repair the damage from the revolution.
