Dear Sir:

The Regional Training Center 5 is one of the training arms of the Philippine National
Police mandated to provide necessary training for the uniformed personnel in the
Bicol Region. This training center will be accommodating another batch of Public
Safety Basic Recruit Course (PSBRC) with eighty four (84) trainees aside from then
on-going PSBRC classes with seven hundred (768) in-house participants at RTC 5
Camp BGen Simeon A Ola, Legazpi City, Albay. Moreover, is catering two (2)
classes of Public Safety Senior Leadership Course (PSSLC) and one (1) class of
Public Safety Junior Leadership Course (PSJLC) and soon to open the same
courses with more or less two hundred (mol 200) career students thus, a total
population of more than one thousand (1000). This is so as not to affect the lineal
listing for promotions application of our policemen in Bicol.

In this connection, respectfully request from your good office through the OCENR a
free service of siphoning/unclogging the six (6) septic tanks of this training center to
maintain health and sanitation.
