Prayer - Plaintiff

PRAYER FOR RELIEF

Wherefore in the light of the issues raised, arguments advanced, and authorities citied,
the counsel for the Plaintiff humbly prays that the Hon’ble Court be pleaded to
adjudge, hold and declare:

1. That, there is negligence on the part of the Municipal Corporation.

2. That, the Municipal Corporation is strictly liable to pay the compensation.

3. That, public nuisance was committed by the Municipal Corporation.

And pass any other Order, Direction, or Relief that it may deem fit in the Best
interest of Justice, Fairness, Equity and Good Conscience.
For this Act of Kindness, the counsel for the Plaintiff shall duty bound forever
pray.
