1 Clean the machine by cloth and brush


2 Clean CRT Panel by cloth.
3 Clean the Pallet and Pallet station by cloth and brush
4 Check the telescopic cover, noise, chips (if any), wiper cut and lubrication
5 Clean the spindle taper (by dry cloth) at spindal bore & tool holders
6 Daily Check lubrication oil level & pressure in inching [servo way 68 15 bar on gauge]
7 Check hydraulic oil level & pressure
8 Check if any abnormal sound , please inform maintenance deptt.
9 Check FRL (filter regulator lubricator) Unit and air pressure
10 Check coolant level in coolant tank
11 Check any coolent or oil leakage in machine
