SUBJECT : ATTENDANCE TO THE ORIENTATION-WORKSHOP ON


THE FORMULATION OF CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT
AGENDA OF BARANGAYS

DATE : November 17, 2021

This has reference to EO No. 138 s 2021 entitled “Full Devolution of


Certain Functions of the Executive Branch to Local Governments, Creation of a
Committee on Devolution, and for other Purposes” dated June 1, 2021, DILG MC
No. 2021 – 06 entitled “Adoption of a Capacity Development (CAPDEV)
Framework in the Planning, Design and Implementation of CAPDEV Intervention
for LGUS” dated June 23, 2021, and unnumbered Provincial Advisory dated
November 3, 2021 regarding the Submission of the Full-blown Capacity
Development Agenda (CDA) of LGUs on or before December 31, 2021.

To assist the barangays in the formulation and submission of the said


CAPDEV AGENDA, the undersigned, in coordination with the Liga ng mga
Barangay – Aliaga Chapter, will be conducting an Orientation-Workshop on the
Formulation of the Capacity Development Agenda of Barangays divided in
two (2) batches on December 1, 2021 and December 2, 2021.

In this regard, the undersigned is requiring the participation of the


following Barangay Officials on the date of their respective batches:

1.Punong Barangay
2.Committee Chairperson on Appropriations
3.Barangay Secretary
4.Barangay Treasurer
Further, attached is the batches of barangays for your ready reference.
