observed abeam of the v / l . Find v/ l position at time of taking first & second marks

25E) bearing= 207º (M) distance=10.0 miles. She wishes to pass 8.0 miles

it on her port side, the current is assumed to set 248º( T) at 4 .5 kts, and
a NW wind is causing an estimated 4º leeway. v / l speed is 14. 0 kts. 20
