1. What are the reasons why you decided that your career goals could not be met here or could be better met
somewhere else? When I took the CFAT EXAM, I was about to choose my first option, but I failed. That's when I decide
to go along with the next option Then, they suggested that even if you didn't pass the test, you may still enroll. That’s
why I wanted to shift and go to my first choice.
2. Where do you want to transfer? BS in Computer Science
3. Did you get along well with your professors? Yes, they’re very polite and active
4. If the answer to number 3 above is YES, please describe your dealings with them. They worked hard, despite the fact
that our situation is really difficult to cope with.
5. If the answer to the above 3 is NO, why?_________________________________________________________
6. What could have been done to make you stay longer at or even graduate from MMSU? Probably nothing, considering
it's the same thing I and other students do at school.
7. What do you like best about MMSU? Events and stuff
8. What do you dislike about MMSU? Nothing, I'm glad to say that I enjoy my time at MMSU.
