The KSQ331 provides visual indication and control relay signals to permit check synchronizing of two power supplies. It has a rotating LED display to show frequency and phase relationship, and a red light to indicate voltage differences outside set limits. The synchronizing relay will close when voltage/phase errors are within limits for the set delay, and remain closed until one input is removed or the breaker opens. It is rated for continuous use but not automatic synchronization, as it does not compensate for breaker closing delay.
