The Prices quoted are Exclusive of all local taxes (VAT). Any additional charges like Octroi,
CST and any other changes incorporated by the Govt. will be at the cost of the Buyers. This
PRICE Proposal / quote is valid only for this current transaction and may Not be available for any
other transaction or any other Company liaising with your organization or the associate
companies unless Authorized by Nimble on written request.

This proposal / Quote is valid only for 7 days from the date of this proposal unless a request is
VALIDITY
received for an extension on the Validity and is authorized by Nimble.

The delivery will be Back to back time from the date of receipt of your confirmed Purchase
Order and the payment terms and other clause on your Purchase Order is accepted by Nimble.
DELIVERY
Any delay in delivery which is beyond Nimble’s control such as act of nature or by God cannot
be held liable under this clause.

If any of the products supplied is found Dead on Arrival, the buyer has to notify Nimble

within 3 days from the date of delivery. Any claims received after 3 days from delivery will not

PAYMENT

WARRANTY The products are as per the manufacturer’s warranty as specified in the proposal submitted

Nimble has the right to decline the Purchase order if it is not found as per the terms and
conditions agreed as per this proposal. Any legal claims will have to be in the Jurisdiction of
SPECIAL CONDITIONS Bangalore - Karnataka. Any order cancellation received from the buyer 24 hours after Nimble
sends out the order acceptance will not be accepted and the buyer is entitled to honor 100% of
the order value by payment
