Canada’s provincial nominee programs (PNPs) offer a pathway to 

Canadian permanent
residence for individuals who are interested in immigrating to a specific Canadian Province or
Territory. 

Each Canadian province and territory operates its own PNP designed to meet its specific
economic and demographic needs.

1. ALBERTA PNP PROGRAM:

Alberta is Located in Western Canada, the province of is a hub of agricultural production for
Canada , because of vast Oil reserves it has Provincial Oil Industries.

Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program has 2 streams for foreign workers who are living and
working in Alberta, or plan to live and work they are:

1. Alberta Opportunity Stream:

Qualified candidates who live and work in Alberta and have a job offer from an Alberta
employer can apply for an AINP nomination.

2. Alberta Express Entry Stream

Qualified candidates with an Express Entry profile may be invited by AINP to apply for
nomination for permanent residence.

Alberta Express Entry

Alberta Express Entry is a stream of the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP), a
Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) operated by the province of Alberta. The Alberta Express
Entry stream selects candidates from the federal Express Entry pool and invites them to apply
for nomination by the province.
Eligibility for Express Entry Stream:

1. Need to have an active Express Entry Profile in Federal Express entry Pool.
2. Have interest in immigrating to Alberta
3. Working in an occupation that supports Alberta’s Economic development.
4. have a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score of 300

Meet the criteria Federal Skilled worker program

Skilled work experience in Occupation in NOC Code 0,A & B


1 year of Experience in the past 10 years
English Language requirement is CLB 7 in all bands
Education – get your qualification assessed with Educational Credential Assessment .
Proof Funds – You must show proof of enough money for you and your family to settle
in Canada.
2.Manitoba

Located in one of Canada’s western Prairie Provinces, Manitoba is a province built upon
generations of rich agricultural production. Manitoba hosts the city of Winnipeg, it is rich in
cultural history and Natural Beauty

Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program has 2 streams


1. Skilled Workers in Manitoba
2. Skilled Workers Overseas
Under skilled workers overseas program , selects internationally trained and experience
candidates , who have the skills in needed in the local labour market and can demonstrate
established connection to Manitoba through support of family or friends, previous education or
work experience or invitation to apply .
Eligibility Criteria:

 A Manitoba Supporter is an established resident of the province who is a friend or


relative of the applicant 
 Satisfy the MPNP that you do not have a stronger connection to another province
 Experience 2 years full time Experience in the past five years
 English requirements CLB 5

3.Ontario

Located in central Canada, the province of Ontario is the most popular destination for new
immigrants to Canada. The province hosts the city of Toronto, Canada’s economic hub, as well
as the nation’s capital city, Ottawa.

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is currently accepting applications under the
following streams:

 French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream


 Human Capital Priorities stream
 Skilled Trades stream
 Entrepreneur stream

Human Capital Priorities stream

Under this Stream you have two federal Stream Program


a. Federal Skilled Workers Program
b. Canadian Experience Class

Requirements for Federal Skilled Workers Program:


1. No job offer is required
2. One year full time experience with in the last 5 years is required in skill type 0, A & B
3. English Language Requirements – IELTS (General) at CLB 7 or higher
4. You must have enough money to support you and your family
5. Intention to live in Ontario
6. You must score at least 67 points out of overall score of 100 against (Age, Education,
Experience, language skills, Employment in Canada and Adaptability)

4.SASKATCHEWAN

Saskatchewan has a vibrant art and culture scene, scenic provincial parks and plenty of sports
and recreation opportunities. Known as the birthplace of Medicare. It’s also known as world
leader in agriculture, and also manufactures and produces wide range of goods and exports to
the market across Canada and also the World.

Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP)


INTERNATIONAL SKILLED WORKER PROGRAM:
There are 3 categories under the above stream :

a. International skilled Worker Employment Offer


b. International skilled Worker Express Saskatchewan Entry Pool
c. International skilled Worker Express Occupations in demand

International skilled Worker Employment Offer

 Have an offer for a skilled job in Saskatchewan


 Score at least 60 points under sinp points grid
 1Year of experience in past 10 years
 Language skills requirement CLB – 4

International skilled Worker Express Saskatchewan Entry Pool

 Valid Express Entry Pool Profile Number


 Score at least 60 points under SINP points grid.
 Do not require job offer
 Language skills requirement CLB – 7
 1 Year of experience in past 10 years
 Your work experience must be related to your job and education.
 Have proof of settlement funds and a settlement plan
International skilled Worker Express Occupations in demand

 Do not require a job offer but you should be highly experience in an demand occupation
 Score at least 60 points under sinp points grid
 1 year of experience in past 10 years
 Language skills requirement CLB – 4
 Your work experience must be related to your occupation and education
 Have proof of settlement funds and a settlement plan

5. QUEBEC:

Quebec is located in eastern Canada where French is the most commonly spoken language.
It has rich European Culture and History and has big cities like Montreal. Quebec has a Good
education system as well as a stable economy, excelling predominantly in Aerospace,
Information and Communications Technologies, Biotechnology, and Pharmaceutical Sectors.

Regular Skilled Worker Program: this program is for those who wish to migrate to Quebec
permanently for work.

Eligibility requirements:

 Intent to live and work in Quebec.


 Does not require a job offer
 A single applicant must score at least 50 points based on the criteria and an applicant
with a spouse or common-law partner must score at least 59 points.
 English language requirement of CLB 5 reading and writing CLB 9 listening and speaking
 Eligible candidates must submit an expression of interest (eoi) to the online ARRIMA
portal to be considered for this program.

Additional Information:

 If you have a job offer you will get additional points based on the regions.
 An applicant can include their spouse, common-law partner and any dependent children
on their application – applicants must note that additional points are awarded to
applicants with families (especially those with young children)
 Applicants who are successful under the Quebec Immigration selection system are
issued a Quebec Selection Certificate, at which point they may apply for a Canadian
permanent resident visa.
