I finished my Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management at Central Luzon State

the hotel industry. I earned training certificates outside the University such as

Procedures NCII and Certificates in House Keeping Procedures NCII. In addition, I
was extensively trained during my internship at Diamond Hotel Philippines where I
was able to exposed with great professionals and variety of customers. I developed
patience, high standard of personal presentation and great customer service skills.
Moreover, having the abilities of being organized and detailed oriented, strong
interpersonal skills and ability to stay calm under pressure gave me the confident to
apply and hopefully offer my service to your hotel to help to its progress and achieve
its goals.
Attached herewith is my resume containing my additional details and qualifications
for your perusal.

SUBJECT : MEETING FOR NEW WORKING SCHEDULES AND SAFETY
PROTOCOLS

All employees are directed to attend the meeting on November 12, 2021 at 8:00 AM
in the morning. This is in light of the current situation of the community quarantines
where employees will be temporarily not allowed to return physically to the
workplace in full capacity. To comply with the IATF new policies, the company will be
implementing new rules and policies starting next week. The following agenda will be
discussed during the meeting.

 New working schedules per department


 Policies for employees who will be working onsite
 Guidelines for requesting work from home devices
 Additional building safety protocols
 Employees vaccination rollout

Meeting will be held virtually via zoom. The official zoom link will be posted via email
1 hour before the meeting. All employees are encouraged to attend.
