The MINT

INSTALLATION GUIDE for Omnisphere™


Thank you for purchasing this quality patch collection. The sound designer put a lot of time into
tweaking each sound and assigning useful controls to the modulation wheel to give you quick
inspiration. Please don’t forget to read each Patch Comment to understand how to get the best
use out of each sound.

Important: These patches will only work in conjunction with Omnisphere 2 by Spectrasonics.
You must have version 2.1.x or higher installed. If you do not have Omnisphere, you may
purchase the full version or upgrade from version 1.0 at a discount from your favorite dealer, or
from ILIO. Please note that the use of these patches is subject to similar terms and limitations
as stated in the Omnisphere End User License Agreement. Contact ILIO for more info.
After downloading the compressed .zip file, unzip all of the contents. Next, locate the individual
file that contains the entire patch collection. It will be named: “ILIO The MINT.omnisphere”.

Make note of the location of ILIO The MINT.omnisphere on your computer’s hard drive.

Important: You may experience trouble when installing the .omnisphere file from removable
media (like a USB thumb drive or attached USB hard drive). Please make sure you copy the
.omnisphere file to a non-removable hard drive before installing if you experience trouble.

Please open your DAW and launch Omnisphere to begin installation. Follow the 3 easy
steps below and you'll be creating in no time:

1. Click on the “UTILITY” button in Omnisphere 2 and locate “Install .omnisphere” on the drop-
down menu. You will then see a dialog box informing you that you are installing a third party
library.
2. After clicking “OK”, locate the .omnisphere file that you downloaded and unzipped to your
local hard drive, and follow the prompts. You will notice that 10 Mutlis were also installed along
with the 105 patches (more on this later). Once the patch library is installed, you will see it in the
directory.

3. That’s it! Now you're ready to start playing your new patches!
