Dear Parents,

Greetings from RBK International School!

Communication and interaction between parents and teachers are crucial for the development of the
child. Thus, to discuss the academic journey of our students and to have a meaningful interaction with our
Parents, we are pleased to inform you that we are organizing a Parent Teacher Meeting on Saturday, 29th
January, 2022 through Online and Offline modes. Although the school is still in hybrid mode, and we
understand the safety and wellbeing of all our parents /students, we would still request you to kindly
come and meet teachers in person. We are present in the school and would appreciate your initiative to
meet and discuss the progress of our students. If it is not feasible then you can attend the meeting
through a virtual platform, link for which will be shared with you by respective HRTs. The timings of the
PTM are as follows:

Offline in the School Premises: 8:15 am to 11:30 am.

Online through virtual platform: 11:45 am to 1:30 pm.

The Consent form will be shared by the respective HRTs today ,it's mandatory to fill it by today itself. The
form will be posted for grade I-V through Seesaw and grade VI-VIII in edusprint.

We look forward to an interactive and meaningful session.
