I recently reviewed the position of Tech Process Associate and am very interested in this position. I possess a
strong understanding for the need of highly qualified personnel to support consulting and technical teams while
providing production and maintenance support for customers. My work ethic, combined with three plus years
experience in help desk, customer service, ticketing, and diverse knowledge of conducting root-cause analysis
of issues will support the mission and strategic goals of your company and create positive results. Here is a
summary of some of my qualifications based on the job description outlined on the position offering and
highlighted my experience that meets and exceeds the position responsibilities.
My experiences include working three years as a help desk specialist speaking with customers and vendors to
provide support and to resolve issues. I also have one year experience as a
Software Tester with Fireking to test Beta software and keep records and reports for Software Developer.
Computers have been the skill that I obtained since college and on the job as well.
While in college, I gained some classroom experience as an entry-level computer programmer with experience
in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as an intern at Kentucky Office of Homeland Security as well as a student.
Other experiences include: one year networking experience as a Surveillance Team member at Spectrum,
excellent problem-solving skills while working in help desk, customer service, and software tester, and
strong ability to analyze data and communicate ideas clearly through writing program codes and as a software
tester and helpdesk experience.

My high level of professionalism and solid communication skills support my work both individually and in a
team setting. I am confident that my skills and previous experience will be an asset to your company. I look
