Insufficient video lessons for Filipino and MAPEH FILIPINO 2 AND MAPEH 2 TWG Specific Action:
2 from Dep Ed TV and Central Office The teachers used the video lessons from the
Division of Pasig and other online learning resources.
There is no summary or content of the lessons MOTHER TONGUE 2 TWG Specific Action:
from Mother Tongue 2 subject in Self-learning Better put some summary or content of the lesson in
Packet. Only exercises/activities were given. MTB because the pupils are using the SLP during
asynchronous to minimize the use of gadget/tablet
in studying.
Incomplete Performance Task in Group B MATH 2, ENGLISH 2 AND MTB 2 Specific Action:
TWG Teacher-made Performance Task was given.
There are choices in the MCQs written test that Integrative Assessment Specific Action:
don’t match with the SOLO TAXONOMY which Writers/Content Validators Give more training about the SOLO Framework to
confused the pupils in answering the test. teachers who will be making the Written Test.
