SPECIFICATIONS

Machine is used for slitting and rewinding all kinds of thermal paper, including fax paper, cash register paper, ATM
paper, ECG paper, medical record paper, POS paper, self-adhesive trade marks, non-woven cloth, films etc.
Main
Machine adopts Siemens PLC control system and touch screen, all the parameters are displayed on the monitor,
and it will automatic work.

The main motor adopts Siemens inverter motor, and frequency inverter control.

Machine adopts automatic Chain link lift-up loading system. Using the separate cylinder control locking the shaft.

All transmission rollers have been dynamic/static balance treated.

Machine adopts red line marking system, printing red line at the end of paper rolls.

Machine adopts round blades to slit, it equipped with automatic wasting materials edge trimming system.

It adopts auto tucker, adjust the paper material loose or tight easily.

It adopts 2 sets sensor & fully automatic tension control controller to keep constant tension.

5. Year of Manufacture:2020(the machine is 100% new)

6. Installation and testing the machines : If the buyer need engineer from the seller's side, the seller should
dispatch an engineer to buyer's side. The buyer pays all the expenses including the round air ticket, food and
accommodation , The buyer should pay salary for engineer during the installation and testing machine period.

7: Guarantee: We guarantee the quality of the machines for one year, and the after sale service is lifelong. During
this period, the seller will bear the cost for defective parts arisen by quality and mail the parts. but the freight for the
defective parts should be paid by the buyer’s side. Additionally, if the defective parts are arisen by improper use of
buyer’s side, the seller will not supply them for free.

jumbo roll paper, start the machine and cutting the paper. And we will sent you manual and video, we suggest you to come

to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself, and if there is something goes wrong, you can call us, video-chat, Email

us. And we will give solutions within 36 hrs. Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.

7. If the machine's spare parts broken, where can I get?

We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable, and some critical parts like gear box, our quality is good, in case it is

broken within one year, we will sent you for free.
