Receive & Loading

2. Weekly Checklist:

SL No Description

Check air Pipe, Hose Pipe & connections for


01 any sort of lose connections or leakage.

02 Check fuel tank to ensure cleanliness

03 Check Fan bolt, Tension V-Bolt


04 Check Full engine body for any sort of oil
leakage
05 Check Battery water level, fill if needed

3. Important Checklist:
a. Change Lube oil & Filter after first 50 R/H.

b. Change Lube oil & Filter after every 200 R/H.

c. Check Valve Clearance after every 3000 R/H.

d. Clean Fuel tank after every 4000 R/H.

e. Check Fuel injector, Radiator after every 3000 R/H.

f. Check Valve, Piston ring after every 3500 R/H.

4. Lube Oil Grade:

a. Lube oil Grade 15w40 to API CG4.

b. Use Coolant with Radiator water.

5. Documentation:

a. Keep the service reports.

b. Maintain Log book for R/H.

c. Maintain Log book for Diesel Received & loading.

6. Tools:

a. Tester, Screw Driver, Combination Pliers, Adjustable Pliers.

7. EMERGENCY CONTACT NO’s:

a. Put Generator Service helpline no on Generator Body.

b. Place Fire service no at visible place.

c. Place NO Smoking Signage at Generator Room.
