DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF BUSINESS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is executed by CHAVEZ EPIFANIO NICOLAS JR, of legal age, single/married, Filipino, and a
resident of LOT 9-B SAN DIEGO ST., MALANDAY, MARIKINA CITY (the “Seller”), in favor of ROMEO CUARESMA ABALOS, of legal
age, single/married, Filipino, and a resident of #48 PERPETUAL DRIVE, STA. TERESITA VILLAGE BRGY., MALANDAY, MARIKINA CITY
(the “Buyer”),

WITNESSETH: that

WHEREAS, the Seller has offered to sell to the Buyer and the Buyer has agreed to purchase from the Seller all Furniture,
Fixtures and Equipment owned under Seller’s name GENTLEMEN’S BARBER SHOP located in #462 J.P. RIZAL STREET, STO. NINO,
MARIKINA CITY, including the goodwill over the said BARBER SHOP SERVICE business, business name, business sign, logo, and any
other interest therein.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php45,000.00), to the Seller in hand paid by
Buyer, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged to the complete and entire satisfaction of the Buyer, Seller hereby SELL,
TRANSFER, and CONVEY absolutely and forever unto the Buyer, his/her heirs, assigns, and successors-in-interest all said personal
properties above-described.

That the said personal properties are free from any existing liens and encumbrances and Seller can freely dispose the same.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hand this OCTOBER 24, 2021, in MARIKINA CITY, Philippines.
