1. Think of a weakness of your institution. How are you going to make that as strength in

utilizing digital leadership skills?

Answer: Based on my teaching experience, I suppose to saw the weakness in my institution in

terms of managing enrollees before the start of the class. Because Sta Elena High School

located in the center of Marikina City and it is a catchment area for some students, even if there

is a memorandum circular approve by the City Councils of Marikina that only students residing

in Marikina are qualified to enroll in all public schools in Marikina.

I experience also the weakness in terms of utilizing the use of online enrollment form via

google forms. Even if there is still a code to know and other things to let the ICT team in our

school know which is unidentified students of our institution, still there is a lack of coordination

from the school leader down to the assigned teachers for the enrollment.

Now, based on the article from Indian Institute of Management Udaipur (2021), Digital

leaders today must adopt more team-centric and knowledge sharing models in your institution.

As a school leader and administrators, we have to maximize the use of technology specially

today in this pandemic time that all transactions are all online. It is also a big help if digital

leaders should be enthusiastic about digitalization and must be contagious.
