the event and the responsibilities that need to accomplish to be able to
have a successful, memorable, enjoyable and informative event.

Understanding the purpose of it is a must, as well as knowing your target
audience to be able to select the right venue and a suitable time for
them by drafting a concrete plan and following the timeline. Further,
creating content that attracts your audience through properly designing
the message you want to share through the event and also by leading
capture mechanism.

The event’s arrangements or preparations are arranged in a systematic
way on a large scale. The event is also organized if it is clear that the
people behind the event know the purpose of their event and was
successful imparting the message they want to share by creating suitable
and informative content.

Know more about myself and my preference when it comes to physical
activities. Initiating an activity will also assist me in building my
confidence in myself as I trust myself in sharing my ideas regarding the
activity. Moreover, this will also be a help in providing more efficient and
effective activity that has never been created and thus, this certainly
shows how having initiative in creating an activity is such a powerful act.

To lead my members in doing our best to make an effective event as
possible by making sure they are well-guided as to how properly prepare
an event by knowing its purpose, having the right attitude, being
teachable, creating content that can attract audience and by leading
capture mechanism.
