Angel Rose Lumanian-Cuan in support of her ECC Application located at Brgy. Grebona, Libungan, Cotabato” WHEREAS, the Libungan River Watershed Forest Reserve - Protected Area Management Board (LRWFR-PAMB) being the policy making body of the said Protected Area was convened on March 25, 2021 at Wiw's Resto, Poblacion 2, Midsayap, Cotabato; WHEREAS, one of the agenda that have been discussed and deliberated by the Board was the request for PAMB Clearance of Engr. Angel Rose Lumanian-Cuan for her Crushing Plant Project located at Brgy. Grebona, Libungan, Cotabato in support of her ECC Application, wherein the Plant will crush stones into desirable sizes; WHEREAS, PASu Farida P, Usman, presented the documents needed for the project as required by the Technical Working Group (TWG) of LRWFR indicating that the project location is within Titled Property and the Multiple Use Zone (MUZ) of LRWFR; WHEREAS, the aggregatesistone to be processed and crushed by the plant will be sourced from a legitimate sand and gravel concession outside LRWFR; WHEREAS, Bray. Grebona, Libungan, the concemed barangay, interposed no objection to the proposed Crushing Plant Project of Engr. Apple Rose Lumanlan-Cuan; WHEREAS, after thorough presentation and discussion of the agenda, Ms. Lucresia Neri, CSO Representative moved into motion granting PAMB Clearance for the proponents’ request. It was, duly seconded by PB Yhasser A. Arat of Bray. Pigcawaran, Alamada, Cotabato. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that LRWFR-PAMB Resolution granting PAMB Clearance for the Crushing Plant Project of Engr. Angel Rose Lumanlan-Cuan at Brgy. Neri moved into motion endorsing the PASA report of LRWFR to the Regional Review Committee and supporting for its Proclamation as Protected Area. It was duly seconded by PB Antonio C. Camino Sr. of Brgy. Dado, Alamada, Cotabato. Dado, Alamada, Cotabato” WHEREAS, the Libungan River Watershed Forest Reserve - Protected Area Management Board (LRWFR-PAMB) being the policy making body of the said Protected Area was convened on March 25, 2021 at Wiw's Resto, Poblacion 2, Midsayap, Cotabato; WHEREAS, one of the agenda that have been discussed and deliberated by the Board was the result of the assessment conducted by the Protected Area Management Section of CENRO Midsayap to the Steel Bridge located at Asik-Asik Falls, Sitio Dulao, Brgy Dado, Alamada in partnership with the Municipal Engineering Office of LGU Alamada; WHEREAS, as presented and discussed by EMS | Adiel R. Pamikirin that based on the assessment conducted, the steel bridge shows signs of deterioration and damaged on its parts land structures and the approached side of the Bridge has no “deadman’, which makes the structure unstable; WHEREAS, the steel bridge is used by all the visiting tourists in order to reach the falls, however tourists’ safety is the utmost priority and to avoid accidents or any untoward incident, immediate closure of the steel bridge is a must; WHEREAS, after thorough presentation and discussion of the agenda, Punong Barangay (PB) ‘Antonio C. Camino Sr. of Brgy. Dado, Alamada, Cotabato moved into motion the closure of Steel Bridge at Asik-Asik Falls. It was duly seconded by PB Wilmar Robles of Brgy. Lower Dado, Alamada. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that LRWFR-PAMB Resolution closing the Steel Bridge at Asik-Asik Falls, Sitio Dulao, Brgy. Dado, Alamada, Cotabato is hereby approved. Labio of CENRO Midsayap as Special Disbursing Officer and Special Collecting Officer, respectively, of LRWFR-PAMB” WHEREAS, the Libungan River Watershed Forest Reserve - Protected Area Management Board (LRWFR-PAMB) being the policy making body of the said Protected Area was convened on March 25, 2021 at Wiw’s Resto, Poblacion 2, Midsayap, Cotabato; WHEREAS, one of the agenda that have been discussed and deliberated by the Board was the opening of Integrated Protected Area Fund (IPAF) account of LRWFR-PAMB; WHEREAS, the IPAF of LRWFR-PAMB will be utilize for financing projects of LRWFR-PAMB as provided for in RA 10629, amending Section 16 of RA 7586 or the National Integrated Protected Areas System (NIPAS) Act; WHEREAS, there is a need to designate Special Disbursing Officer and Special Collecting Officer through resolution in order for the Bureau of Treasury to authorize the DENR to open a special account for the IPAF collection of LRWFR-PAMB; WHEREAS, after thorough presentation and discussion of the agenda, Punong Barangay (PB) Sulpicio Bona of Bray. Polayagan, Alamada, Cotabato moved into motion designating AA VI ‘Agnes R. Bacanto and CO | Gemma B. Labio as Special Disbursing Officer and Special Collecting Officer respectively of LRWFR-PAMB.
