In 2010, born as internal field tools: In 2013, Mitra Informatika founded with 1 main goal:
NEM (Network Element Manager) To provide comprehensive operation & monitoring tool for Operators.
SDB (Single Database) Main product: iNeOM (Integrated Network Operation & Monitoring)
*monitors 400+ (BSC + RNC) & 25k+ (BTS + NodeB)
