It is to inform that, as per the instructions of the Government, work orders

have been issued to M/s. Pramove Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad vide reference 1t
cited towards Geo-Tagging & Mapping of houses Using GIS Platform in APTIDCO
Website in the State of Andhra Pradesh under PMAY – YSR Jagananna Nagars at
various locations are re allotted in the State of AP.

It is further submitted that, municipal commissioners at concerned ULBs

shall be intimated about the Geo Tagging Programme to mobilize the beneficiaries
as beneficiary’s photo shall be taken while geo-tagging is done for each house.

In this connection, if the MD, APTIDCO pleases to agree, letters may be

addressed to the Municipal Commissioners intimating about the programme and
requesting to co-ordinate with the beneficiaries.

Subject to approval at above draft letters addressed to the beneficiaries are

prepared and put up for approval.

It is to inform that, as per the instructions of the Government, work order

has been issued to M/s. Pramove Solutions Private Limited, Hyderabad
towards Geo-Tagging & Mapping of houses Using GIS Platform in APTIDCO
Website in the State of Andhra Pradesh under PMAY – YSR Jagananna Nagars at
the various locations are re allotted in the State of Andhra Pradesh (details
enclosed vide Annexure I & II).

In this connection, the concerned Municipal Commissioners are

requested to co-ordinate with the Beneficiaries and the Agency for Geo-Tagging
of Houses along with intimation to the allotted Beneficiaries and Photos thereof.
Detailed schedule of visit and programme will be intimated at later stage by the
agency after confirmation with APTIDCO.
