7 Shrouds and earth connections are installed wherever applicable.

8 Crimped lugs are installed correctly and of correct size and type.

9 Cable connections are as per the drawing.


10 Cable connections are tightened as required.

11 Cables are identified as specified and enough slack tail is left.

12 Spare cores are identified and connected to earth.


13 Approved construction material are used.
14 Record resistance of gland body to earth (Maximum 0.1 ohm).
15 Ensure IP sealing washers are fitted to glands where required.

16 All nut bolts are tourqued properly.
