 BIOGRAPHY

Hi I am Jessica C. Blanche, 22 years old, living in Palac palac Victoria Tarlac and no taking
bachelor of elementary education, in Tarlac State University, I’m only girl in the family I have 3
brother, my mother’s name is Marilou Blanche and my father’s name is Crisostomo Blanche. I’m
born again Christian and also part of the music ministry, I love singing, dancing but those didn’t
like me, but I try my best, I’m a happy Go lucky person but a shy person too, especially if I didn’t
know you, that’s why it’s challenging for me to speak in front of many people.

I choose education because first I love teaching and also to inspired and motivate the student
to reach their dream. Second to my parents, who want this profession though I like it too, and lastly
is because I want to overcome my weaknesses to speak in front of many people. It makes me happy
when I see children dreaming for their family and I want to help them to reach their dream and to
be successful like me. Taking of bachelor of elementary education is not easy because you need to be
patience and creative in terms of teaching students. But I take those problem as my stepping stone
to fulfill my goal and dream in life, because if you love what you are doing or your profession you
will enjoy it and you never feel to be tired because you love it.

My ultimate goal is to change the lives of people. As what I said studying to be a teacher is
hard. All of the classes that are required, all of the practicums, and all of the time spent just to
become a teacher is stressful, but the thought of being able to help just one person changes
everything. It takes one person to be a light in someone’s life. It take one person to be a helping
hand. It takes one person to change an unmotivated, broken life, and make it brand new. Teachers
are those people. We motivate students to do their best, we guide students to success when no one
else will, and we are always available to listen. One teacher can change the lives of thousands of
students. That is my motivation.

I know that after college, I will be a teacher, a guider, a counselor, and a friend to so many
students. No matter how many bad days I have or how many times I want to quit, I just think of
what is to come in the future. I can be that change this world needs, even if its in a small high school
classroom. It just takes one person.

Today I…Learned that, as a professional you need to value your time, you need
to go early, attend the class early,and prepared early, because valuing your time is
important this the most valuable and precious thing in the life of every professional
people, we should use it for our good as well as for the good of others around us. This
will help us and the society to progress towards a better tomorrow. Moreover, we should
teach our children the importance and value of time. Also, wasting time will only lead
you to cause an issue to you and the people around you. As teacher you are the one who
inspired and motivated to the student. You should show good manner’s to them because
what you did and what you say they believe. Also don’t be more serious when you are
teaching because they scared them with you. As educators, we often find ourselves acting
as coaches. Teaching isn’t only about the content, it’s about developing people and
constantly encouraging others to reach their potential. Of course, it’s hard to do that if
we’re not OK ourselves. So be positive do your best for your student.

Today was very productive and amazing day because there was an symposium
about Magna Carta of Women, the theme of the symposium was WE MAKE CHANGE
WORK FOR WOMEN, the school principal commanded us to join in the event to help to
assist the visitor’s, it is privileged for us to be part in this event. Because as teacher you
need to attend all the event in the school where you are teaching even if we say that you
are not part of that event you have nothing to do or what is important is that you are
there as a representative as a teacher of the school, as a teacher you need to show the
support and respect in the school where you teach. Today I realized as to be come a
teacher in the elementary you need to be a multi-tasker you need to bend your strength
energy to do the other task not just in teaching but to be creative. As what the speaker
said about the symposium, that the women is like a rubber band because no matters
happen you are ready to extend or enlarge our energy, patience, strength and thought
about thing. We are not just a women because we are a women who have ability that men
cannot do.

As I’ve start this day I was arrived early in school because my teacher told me that
she will be late to come in school because she had an schedule in her dentist, so she gave
the key of her room to me for me to prepare for our agenda for today, so while my teacher
are not there in her classroom I begin to clean her room by throwing all the garbage,
sweeping the floor and the backyard, mop the chairs and tables, and I arrange the
modules of the student, after finishing all the thing inside the room of my teacher I
decided to go in the office to check if it is clean or there something that can be work on,
then I sweep in front of the office. Also today has held an event at the school which is the
theme was ONSITE CAPACITY TRAINING ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF GULAYAN SA
PAARALAN PROGRAM where in all the Agriculture teacher in division was came in the
event, we help the other teacher to prepare, and to serve the foods, we also welcome all
the visitor that comes, we usher them and assist them, to make the story short the event
was was finished successfully and smoothly and all the teacher was happy because their
effort and energy was very worth it, also me as a practice teacher I felt joy and success at
the event, it is a privilege for me to be part of the success in this school, all the efforts
and sacrifices was very worth it. Then the afternoon was very busy because we arrange
and sort the thing in the room of my teacher, cover there, paste there, sweeping overload
in the other word we did a general cleaning in the room of my teacher. It was tired and
stress but you don’t feel it because ma’am May Flor was so very accommodating and
approachable also jolly and a kind teacher. and before the day was end and all the
agenda of my teacher was done, he had a word that was said to me while we were walking
home and it is something I will never forget because it was one of the lessons for me as a
student who dreams of becoming a teacher . and this is what he said, "as a teacher you
have to be brave, diligent, and you have to get along with your co -workers because then
they will see if you need to be trusted or not, you have to be true to yourself." because
being real is a big thing for other people to like you.

IM SHY PERSON that’s why challenging for me to speak in front of many people especially am a teacher.
