MODULE NO. 1 THE ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE
SELF-ASSESSMENT
This timing could not be more crucial not only to us students, but the world
included. Not only we are giving up our precious hours, days, time, freedom
yet every day that passes, we are losing money. From our family, all up to
our economy, this Covid-19 really gives us a lot of problems. As we realize
all of these, we are trying to create a number of solutions that will try to
mitigate and lessen the further risks, damages and losses that it may do to
all of us. That's why sectors of the government are trying to do their best to
create these sanctions and orders so that we people can be guided during
these important days of an epidemic. Not only our freedom, money and
time are at risk, but more importantly our health. As a member of the
community, we should also try to do our best to follow these orders to avoid
getting sick, or worse spreading the disease itself. Days pass by and new
cases are still being discovered. This shows that people are not listening. We
should be responsible enough to know that our actions not only affect us
but also the community we are living in. At home, we can do many things
that might not replace what we were doing and enjoying before this
pandemic, but enough to keep us sane and satisfied.
These days, we tend to take health for granted. But the rise of this Covid-
19 epidemic only proves to us that this should not be the case. Even the
smallest things that we do are crucial from our survival. For example,
disinfecting is now more needed. Back then, we rarely used alcohol in our
house. But now people are cramming to go to the nearest stores just to buy
and hoard all these types of alcohol and other disinfectants. The so-called
"social distancing" continues to be a social meme that I, myself are quite
fond of reading from the Internet, but along with it is the worry that by
being so close to another person outside of our house might get me infected
with this disease. It really is scary if you think of that. That is why we should
all take these rules and orders seriously because it is for us, people, to
become safe from the said epidemic. Preventing the disease from spreading
will hopefully put a stop to this lockdown we are now so tired of. By
following the orders issued by the government, we people are not also doing
this for ourselves, but also to our country. Every life saved is an important
one. After all. we are trying to flatten the curve.

MODULE NO. 2 FACE MASK
SELF-ASSESSMENT
Creating a face mask is not as daunting as it looks. All it takes is some piece
of cloth and skill in sewing. Some methods involve sewing, but others do
not. Most methods require similar materials, such as scissors, measuring
tape, and cloth. And that's it really. Wearing a face mask has never been
more trendy and timely. But it really isn't for fashion, but to keep those
bacteria and virus from getting inside our system.

MODULE NO. 3 HOME DISINFECTION
SELF-ASSESSMENT
It's not enough to do cleaning every few days. We should make a habit of
cleaning then disinfecting your surfaces at least once a day, but more often
if they're in heavy use. In terms of disease prevention, cleaning and
disinfection are different actions, but it's important to do both. Cleaning is
the removal of surface dirt and grime, whilst disinfectants actually kill
bacteria and viruses. We start cleaning by using an all-purpose cleaner to
remove any dirt on a surface, may it be our floors, doors or sink. Next would
be using a disinfectant to further kill all the virus and bacteria on the said
surface. This will ensure us our safety and minimize the risk of spreading
the virus that is Covid-19.
